Cara Pembelian

Langkah 1 : Pilih Produk Anda

Pilih kategori produk anda dan pilih produk anda. Kemudian tekan butang Add to cart. Anda boleh memilih cara ikan anda dibersihkan atau potongan. Tiada bayaran tambahan dikenakan untuk servis ini.

Langkah 2 : Isikan Butiran Penghantaran

Lihat cart anda dan anda boleh menambah atau mengurangkan produk. Seterusnya klik checkout untuk ke halaman checkout dan isikan butiran alamat penghantaran sekiranya anda tidak pernah mendaftar bersama V-Mart Online Grocery. Di ruangan 'Remarks' anda boleh meninggalkan pesanan atau permintaan kepada kami. Contohnya, tarikh, masa atau persediakan barang basah.

Langkah 3 : Buat Bayaran Online

Buat bayaran secara online. Anda boleh membuat bayaran menggunakan online transfer, FPX, E-Wallet ataupun menggunakan kad kredit/debit kad.

Langkah 4 : Tunggu Ketibaan Barang Dapur Anda

Selesai! Anda akan menerima email dan whatsapp dari team V-Mart  sejurus anda membuat pembelian. Pihak kami ingin memastikan anda dimaklumkan dengan rapi untuk setiap perkara. Anda boleh whatsapp kami jika ada soalan atau pertanyaan tentang servis kami atau tentang produk kami.

Penghantaran akan dibuat setiap hari pada 11am pagi dan keatas.

Step 2: Fill in the Shipping Details

See your cart, you can also add or remove the product you wish. Click checkout button to get to the checkout page and fill in the shipping address details if you have never signed up with V-Mart Online Grocery. You can state the specific date or time if you have for delivery via whatsapp.


Step 3: Make Online Payment

Make the payment via online. You can make the payment using FPX, online transfer, E-Wallet or even use a credit card / card debit card.


Step 4: Wait for Your Kitchen Goods to arrive

You will receive email notification as soon as you make a purchase. We will whatsapp you as we want to make sure you are well informed for everything. You can whatsapp us if you have any doubts or question that need to be clarified.

Delivery will be made daily at 11am onwards and above.
